My rat is Pregnant!!!!!!!!!?

Hey evey1 my little female rat was probably impregnated before we got her and now we think shes expecting. My BF s taking her back to the pet shop to get their suggestion. Will the Shop buy the babies from us do u think????

they wont buy the babies if they've been born at your house but if you give back the pregnat rat they'd take it back.

no...... sue them, becuz selling a rodent that's pregnant or nursing is illegal.

The petstore would more than likely take them back. But not until they are at least 6 weeks old, and completely weaned. If you socialized them really well it would be even better.

And if you have only 1 rat keep one of the little females for yourself. Rats are social animals and become depressed when they don't have another furry buddy with them.

Yes the store will deff buy the babies (most stores do) just make sure to give em to the petstore AFTER there eyes are open if they are handled when they eyes arnt open they may get sick and troubled

but the store will deff buy em since almost evry petstore does!

they are not going to buy the babies

i had that happen with all my little hamsters

they just take the babies

and it's just considered a "donation"
