My rat makes a squeaking noise everytime she breathes.?

My rat is just under a year old and it's mother recently died. She sometimes makes a squeaking noise when she breathes, and I was wondering if this is normal. I have had two other rats and they have never done this. Is it because she no longer has her mother? Before her mom died she had never been alone for more than an hour.

She needs a new same s*x friend for one. And for two, squeaking when breathing is not normal, no. She needs to see a small animal vet as she might be having respiratory issues.

It could be cause her mother died but, she also could have asthma, wich is very deadly, so you might want to take it to the vet right away.
