Question:

My real-time quotes stopped working in my portfolios this AM.?

I have numerous portfolios, and I have subscribed to real-time quotes for years. This morning, all quotes in the portfolios started being delayed 15-20 mins. Does anyone know why, or what to do about it, or where to complain.

  1. They actually stopped working over a week ago.  Here's their response:

    Thank you for writing to Yahoo! Finance.

    As you have noticed we are currently experiencing delayed data within the real-time subscribers portfolio of Yahoo! Finance and we certainly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. At this time we would like to reassure you that we are doing everything in our power to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we can not offer any additional information in regards to this.

    Please note that the real-time data which you have paid for is still available via the Market Tracker program as this issue pertains only when viewing your portfolio directly.
