My rear wheel shakes when i ride my bike ? can anyone help me ??

When i ride my BMX my rear wheel shakes ? ive tryed to tighten the nuts on the side and it stil shakes ?

Could be an out of true wheel.

Could be the bearing cones are loose.  Tightening the wheel on the frame won't fix that.  You need to remove the wheel and snug up the cones just enough so there's no play, but the wheel still spins freely on the axle.

Your rear wheel may need to be trued. Take it to your local bike shop since they have all the tools needed. What they do is tighten your spokes until the wheel spins smoothly. Otherwise you may have a bent rim that could be straightened.

Well you didn't try hard enough 'cause you didn't get it tight enough.

Tryiing doesn't help doing does.
