  1. You didn't provide a lot of information, so some my answers might not fit your situation.

    1. Is this a new camera? If it doesn't work out of the box then take it back. (Obvious I know, but needs to be said)

    2. Your battery pack might be toast. They can refuse to be charged after a period of time, especially if they've been poorly managed or simply charged too many times (most will last for quite a few hundred charges though). There can also be an intertal problem with the pack.

    3. The charger might be defective. If you have a voltmeter or know somebody who is geeky enough to have one, check to see if the charger is outputting anything on the output terminals. This is not conclusive though; the output might still not be correct. If there is nothing at all though then this is likely the problem.

    4. The camera might be toast.

I would suggest buying another battery pack and trying it. The pack should come already charged somewhat; try it right away to see if the camera works. If it does and you can continue to use the camera after recharging then you know you needed a new pack. Other symptoms should point to the problem too.

  2. If you have a tester, check if your charger is working and delivering the right voltage output. Then check if the batteries are still "alive". Rechargeable batteries are not perpetually rechargeable you have to replace them after a period of time.

  3. hi u chk weather charging v/g is coming from charger or not and from how many days ur useing that batterys and chk weather the battery is capable of holding v/g or not
