  1. hold on there, monger of doom. the floor may not be level, but if the floor itself is that poorly built (or deteriorated) that a standard refrigerator would cause that much of a sag, he has waaayyyy more problems that a single support post would fix.

many floors are not completely level, especially on a house that has some age on it. since the weight transfer from the open door is causing the fridge to roll forward, you can place a couple shims under the front of it, on the frame, to lift it up and level it off. you can also get a couple caster cups, normally used for legged furniture to prevent sliding on hardwood floors.

  2. Your floor is way out of level- sagging from the weight of the refer probably- you need to go under the house and support the floor with a poured in place concrete post.----not a doom monger, by any means, just trying to be practical here. Obviously there is a problem, however major or minor remains to be seen by merely crawling under the house and seeing what the problem is. No responsible person could suggest otherwise, I'm sorry. Also, refers don't generally "roll" that easily, that's not how they're built. Since you haven't indicated any other out of level situation my guess remains a particular load under the refer.

  3. It really depends on the make and year of your fridge.

We just got a new one last week & after the delivery men left, we also noticed that it rolled when we tried to open the doors. After reading the manual, we found "feet" at the bottom front that you rotate in order to raise or lower the front of the fridge. The manual said that in order to stop the rolling, the front of the fridge has to be higher than the back. (This will also help the doors close better too.)
