  1. There's a fuel cut off valve for in case of accidents, went off in a corsa courtesy car once when we hit a speed bump too hard :D could this valve be malfunctioning?

Also the immobiliser may be cutting in and cutting off fuel flow (happened to my bro's 94 disco on a hill when overtaking a lorry :S brown trouser moment)

Could be quite a few other things, modern cars are complicated :D i drive an 82 land rover its simple enough for me to understand :D

  2. my clio  has the same prob ,the used to cut on motorway an in damp i.it was the engine manage syt a got it price for car 1.2 lt about £3500

need to change all sensor +manage +keys +service.

    i trade it in

  3. Take it to a garage and ask them to check the wiring loom. This happened to my girlfriend's clio 02 and its because some of the wires were worn (a common fault apparently with these Clios).

  4. I've been researching this problem, looks like CPU or throttle body probs. Seems both are quite common in Clio. http://tunemycar.com/renault_common_ecu_...
