Ouch!

I got my clear plastic retainer that I wear every night a few weeks ago.

I left for vacation the dy after I left, And I forgot it. So I went a week without it.

And I'm afraid that my mouth grew slightly and the retainer is causing me LARGE amounts of pain because of it.

Since I cant get a new one, (since I'm on another vacation) any ideas on how to maybe reduce the pain?

  1. Pain killers...after a few nights of wearing your retainer again your teeth will shift to fit it and the pain will stop

  2. At least the retainer's doing it's job! lol.  tylonol maybe?

  3. pain medicine.

  4. Tylenol or advil. Make sure you keep wearing it - once your teeth shift back it won't hurt anymore.
