Help me please, I cant stop crying. Last week i got my braces out, and theyre great and today i got my retainer, the clear kind, the bottom one is great, I can just take it out, but the top one is awful, the dentist has put it in, and I cant pull it out at all, I can barely get it to move, one side can be pulled, but the other side is too tight to bear. My mum pulled it out a few hours ago, but I was screaming, and it took her ages, I really want to pull it out as it's so tight it hurts so much, much worse than whenever my braces were tightened, but I cant pull it off, if I try and pull it, it hurts so much, and its too stiff even when I take a deep breath and try and yank it off. It cant be like this, this is too painful!
