My retainers smell bad and have yellow/green stains after just 2 days.. how can i clean them? ?

Use a denture cleaner and soak them for some time. If that doesn't work let your dentisit know.

use oxidizing agents like hydrogen peroxide or potassium permanganate. Try chlorinated water & brush.

SOAK THEM IN LUKEWARM WATER AND A DENTURE CLEANING TABLET FOR SEVERAL HOURS. THIS WILL CLEAN AND DEODORIZE THEM.

ps never ever use any bleach, this leaves a nasty aftertaste

You have to use tooth paste and brush them every night, another way is putting a some mouth wash listerine preferably in a cup and drop them in there for like 15-20 minutes. hope that helps.

I clean mine just like you would do with your teeth by using normal toothpaste and a soft toothbrush
