My right ear sounds muffled. Sometimes when I turn my head it feels or kinda sounds like I have water in it. But not like when you get water in it from a shower or swimming. It's like in the middle of my ear or something. It's been gradually getting muffled since I started getting over a cold. I still have a good amount of mucus drainage happening. There isn't any pain right now just muffled noise. Does anyone have a clue how to fix this?

  1. the is caused by your cold.  A decongestant will make it go away.  What is happening is your Eustachian tube that runs from your middle ear to your mouth (way in the back behind your tonsils) is inflamed and is not letting air to the middle ear.  This has cause fluid to build up in the middle ear.  If it stays there you will get an ear infection.  This usually resolves itself after your cold goes away but a decongestant will help that tube to relax and air can reach your middle ear again like it is supposed to.

  2. you shud go see a doctor Hun you probably need the ear syringing
