My right eye keeps constantly twitching,can you tell me why?

Usually it is a sign of lack of sleep and stress.  Even GOOD stress is stress....like goign on vacation and staying up late and going to the zoo early one day and to the Roller coaster park the next...so, usually it means that you need to rest and eat better and drink some water. Just go to bed early a couple days in a row and take your vitamins. Iron won't hurt at all, but I am not sure that it is a signal if anemia.  It happens to me all the time!
