Could be due to a magnesium deficiency so perhaps plenty of nuts (rich in magnesium) might help.

Don'tcha hate that??? It happens to me too sometimes when I'm chronically tired. Nothing I can do about it apart from catch up on sleep.

MIne did that for like a month...........It is stress related or has to be with being really exhausted........Get plenty of rest and wait it out, as there is nothing they can do for it!!!!!!
