what could this be? when im about 5 minutes into jogging, the right side of my shin tenses up and hurts,it also feels numb to the touch and tingly.I certainly do stretch pretty well before/during/and after the excercises so im not so sure it has to do with not stretching well. i also cant walk well afterwards for a bit, and it hurts. im a 15 year old girl. what could this be? i also begin running in p.e so am nervous about my leg tensing up and me not being able to properly jog. please help!
