My right side hurts frequently, what could it be?

It's a little under my ribs on my far right side. Yesterday it'd hurt while I was breathing in and today it hurt after I ate dinner (which was just a sub). I had pneumonia in I believe it was February. Could that be coming back or could it be something different?

  1. do you drink or have you been sick lately... have you taking nyquil or Tylenol?   It could be an enlarged liver.

  2. ive had appendicitis and i dont think it's that if it only

hurt when you breathed in and then after dinner.

It would be a constant pain so bad, you would know.

I couldnt even walk. Um, it could be gas pains?

    I'd go to the doctors!

ps- no you will not die if it bursts, mine did and i'm fine,

just a lot more pain that way tho. and you will only DIE

if you wait forever (weeks) and the poisen gets into

    your bloodstream

  3. if it was appendicitis you would be dead already. And the appendix is not just below your ribs.  ANYWAY... it could be gas, maybe your lungs.. really it could be anything

  4. almost sounds like an appendix. Goto webmd.com and use they symptom checker. It is extremely useful

  5. you could just be dehydrated

    goodluck

  6. The pneumonia could be coming back, but it is not likely, it is probably your liver, appendix, or one of your intestines. If the pain stays, i would see your doctor.

  7. The three main causes of pneumonia are bacteria, viruses and mycoplasmas.

In bacterial pneumonia, the victim becomes breathless, sweats profusely, may have chest pains and shaking chills. He may cough up loose blood-tinged mucus and may even have a fever as high as 40C.

Common symtoms like fever dry cough and breathlessness involves viruses.

Mycoplasmas are small bacteria that can exist only in living cells. It occurs more frequently among teenagers and yound adults. The most prevailing symtoms is hacking cough, chills, headache, muscle ache or earache.

The best solutions is to seek a second opinion from an Infectious diseases specialist immediately to diagnose the right side pain that hurts you frequently.

  8. Sounds like your out of shape after moving about alot you get a sharp pain there or maybe your appendix like othe rperson said.

  9. u sound like u have pluraci . it is a infection in your lungs. need to go to the doctor and get checked out... they will give u pain meds.. if it makes it hurt worse by laying down and fells better sitting up it probaly is

  10. There are just so many things it could be that the only thing to do is go to the doctors and get tests and X-rays. Some people have reoccurring pneumonia, it could be cramps from exercise or eating, or it could be something serious like a hernia so for your health and peace of mind go to the doctors immediately and good luck, I hope its nothing!

  11. its ur appenix you need to go to a hospital quickly cuz if it burst ur dead.

  12. your appendix is not directly under your ribs. That sounds like gallbladder. Especially if its a pinching nagging type pain. Do you ever feel like you have a bubble in your upperback? Like when you need to burp? Eating dairy products will aggervate gall stones. IF thats what it is tell your doctor and he can order an ultrasound. I had my gallbladder removed, but there are ways to deal with it. The choice is yours. But if you get a high fever and the pain worsens go to the ER because a stone could be blocking the duct.  And sometimes we have days where we have indigestion, it may just be your colon hurting from digesting. But if it is reoccuring I would suspect gall stones. Good Luck!

  13. There are numerous things it could be (not to freak you out or anything ) including an issue with the gallbladder, kidneys, liver, lungs or possible appendix. It sounds like gallstones but you should seek medical advise from you MD and I dont mean Web MD.

Are you having sharp pains with breathing or is the pain once in a while. Does the pain migrate to your back at all or is it just in one pin point area?

  14. Lol, Your Not Going To Die That Fast, Alright Sounds Like Your Appendix, Try Talking To A Doctor (underage, Talk To Your Parents) Just Try not To Do Too Much Like Alot OF Exercise, And Search Around On It, But Id Suggest Notifying A Doctor A.S.A.P.

    Gl Hope I Helped!

  15. Its just gas, try burping that'll help
