I have been playing tennis every day and my right wrist has been hurting worse and worse every day. I am going to stop playing tennis for a while. What is wrong with my wrist? How can I fix what is wrong? I don't want to take the pain away, because this does not fix the problem. What can I do to make it heal faster? So please tell me what is wrong with my wrist and how I can fix the problem. Thanks :)

  1. im no expert, but when I played tennis everyday for a couple weeks everything on me hurt including my hands and arms. and i am in shape!  when i rotate my wrist to the right it cracks too. every time.

so the cracking could mean nothing because you are just popping your wrist.  But it could hurt because of

    1) arthritis

    2) osteoporosis

    3) OVERUSE

if the pain doesnt go away after about a week without tennis, see a docter

  2. It sounds like tendinitis to me. Resting it as much as you can, applying ice and/or Icy Hot (the balm or the stick work best), and wearing an ACE bandage or a brace on it will probably help. When you go back to playing, consider wearing some sort of a support brace on your wrist or taping it to provide extra support to it.
