My roof had a leak, and it caused my bathroom ceiling to get moldy and flake.?

I tried to scrape it, and in some spots it came off but it other it wouldn't no matter how hard I press. What is the best way to get it off, or is there something I can buy that well make it come off?

Scrape what off? the paint? the mold? just repaint over it. the moisture has been controlled so prime paint should kill all mold spores.

Hi Jacob...............Scrape like heck and dig all off you can, then get some sheet rock mud and a 10'' taping knive and scim coat it flat again.........Used "kiltz"(sealer) and after that you can repaint it and be all right.......Hopefully the ceiling hasn't dropped do to dampness........if it's flat you are ok.....all the best.
