My room decor is very blah, i need some ideas for repainting and redecorating...?

my carpet is navy blue, i have wood paneling that goes halfway up the wall and the other half of the wall is this yucky baby blue. i wanna repaint my walls for one, but i have a tiny window so it cant be a dark color... i love bright colors but dont wanna o/d... can someone help me with some ideas... i have a lot of space.

buy:

pink/purple colors <---

lite green n pink colors <----

peach pink n white <---

pink 1 of those pair of colors

then simply jus cover ur blue rug bye rug to mathch ur new walls.

get sum piture frames on da walll n posters
