My room is 4x5 m2, how can i apply the right setup for my onkyo 5.1 speaker? thanks!

Honestly I'm not familiar with the distribution for each speaker ex.(+5db), and my friends told me about having the satisfacion of Onkyo was having the right setup and configuration both speakers and subwoofer. appreciate for your help guys! thanks!
