My roomate is crazy. she plead guilty to stabbing her ex-boyfriend who was 20 yeaes her senior. She was supposed to be on 3 years formal probation and take all these classes and community service. She missed 5 classes and got kicked out of the program, she's tested positive for marijuana 3x, she hasnt done any community service and she just gets drunk and does drugs all day and all night while her mommy pays the rent. Her PO called me last week and said she had violated and asked me about her, i told him she did drugs and through partys all the time. and he said he was putting in the violation and the cops would be here that day or the next. They never came and she doesnt have a warrant yet. She had a violation arriagnment and they "Released on Own Recognizance" her and she has another date on wednesday. I feel like she should go to jail!! shes a leach on the economy. do you think her mommys lawyer can get her out of this???

and when will they come get her? I live in orange county, CA

  1. Well if they released her for her next court date the judge can have her arrested right than and there. She sounds like she needs prison and it will come but the question is when? I say that after this next court date she could be sleeping at the county. As for who can pick her up.....the probation officer can hook anybody if they feel that the probation is benign violated. Some cities don't use weapons so they call local police to go get them.
