My roommate pisses in bursts whenever he is drunk...?

Question

I've noticed that whenever my roommate gets really drunk he goes to the bathroom to take a leak, but only urinates in 5 second intervals.

How do I know? Cos I hear it...

Its a pretty awkward subject to talk about but I dunno if there is something wrong with his prostate or what. Also I don't know how to bring it up, and if alcohol is a factor.

Well, I have a different point of view, so consider all of your answers. I wouldn't even say anything to him. But, you could if you want to just wait for the right time. Personally I just mind my own business and that is what I want from others concerning my personal areas. I just gave you this answer for your consideration.

Perhaps he can only hold it steady enough to hit the water (and make the sound) for 5 seconds? The rest might go on the floor or more realistically just hit the porcelain...

i seriously dont' think its his prostate cause you said it only happens when he is drunk...i know someone that does this when he is not drunk i may need to talk to him...but if you hear that when he is sober then talk to him friend to friend.  I know alot of people that pee like that when they are feel GREAT!! dont worry about it just yet but i would love to have a friend like you cause you are alway looking out for my best.
