My roses,whats happenend to them?

every time they bloom flower,they only last a few days then there black and rotten,ive used spray for black fly also soapy water,but it dont stop them rotting they look terrible compared to some peoples garden wats wrong with mine?this happenes every year

i would say you have an excess of nitrogen, give them some potash,and keep the soapy water clear from them , the caustic in the water could  be making the ph of the soil to high, thereby weakening the plant.

They could be rotting because you are over watering them. There is no where for the moisture to go so it seeps into the flower and they rot. Or you may need to check the soil and the pH levels. I wish you the best with your roses!
