My routers home page is blank spots for menu settings?

im trying to open my NAT setings but the menu on router page is all blank

try resetting your router. It generally has some reset button in it. Look behind for it. Reset it and then try.

Maybe there is a box to check for default settings to be effected.

Also, if worst comes to worst, there should be a way to reset the settings, on mine, the is a little spot to push with a pencil or something and I have to do it for like a minute
