  1. you need to let your body rest. when u run constantly (i am a runner too) you wear yourself out, resulting in a worse time. try taking a break now and then,  and do a LOT of stretching

  2. I would have to agree with the above, however it really should depend on what level your body is able to perfome. I went thur a phase where I would run every day and it led to one thing and that is Injury.

Keep in mind that I am by no means a expert on this. Im sure if you hang out in this section you will get some really good advice.

    Good Luck

  3. I agree with Twilight_lvr, you should maybe put a day of easy running between your timed 2-miles.  That will help your body flush the lactate out of your legs, and you'll feel fresher when you go back to do the fast stuff.

  4. You just need to relax.

First of all, timing yourself can cause a lot of stress.  When you don't reach your goal, you can bring yourself down easily.

Next, it might be because you're sore or something.  You should elevate your legs above your heart every night while watching TV or something just to drain the lactic acid build up from your legs.

Drink LOTS of water, also.  Eat the right things.  No c**p, no dairy, you know the rules.

    Hope I helped!
