So my soccer season starts in 5 weeks, but i would like too be in shape before that so anyways to get in shape fast please let me know

    i have fallen back because of a trip but like someone above said do sit ups push ups and run daily dont forget ball skill and going out with mates or finding a pick up game as much as u can


  2. I would just go running everyday, do sittups, pushups, ect.
