My sad attempt at photoshop?

im a beginner at photoshop

and tried to photoshop a pic

but made the pic look very weird and demented >.<

but the sad part is i saved over the original so I cant go back.

why does this pic look so weird, how can i fix it?

Well I think it looks cute... not weird and demented at all .... so I can&#039;t tell you how to fix it  :p
