Its like yellow spots inside some of the leaves at the bottom and some leaves have yellow on the tip of them, kinda looks like a new leave being grown in a way. Then there's like brown looking stuff at the bottom of a leave. Is it damage from too much watering? or was it too cold? or what?

  1. Look for white spots, rub your finger on them if you get a yellow or orange goo then you have cycad scale. There's alot of different remedies out there such as hartz flea & tick spray to organocide treatments. Scale is killing sagos all over the country now.
