  1. bride them with stuff

  2. Do games of competition and put them in teams.  Sponsor after work gatherings by giving away gift-certificates to local bars and restaurants.  Start an open door policy to check out their feelings and needs.  Publicly reward co-operation.  Good luck.

  3. You have to lead them.  Be clear about what you want them to do by defining clear goals.  You need to single out the person or people that are causing the problem and fire them.  You will never have a team if you keep constant pessimists around.  They will drag you and your team to the bottom.  You need to figure out who is doing the best job and congratulate them in front of the others.  You need to reward that person.  You need to reward everyone that meets a certain goal.  It doesnt have to be huge.  You need to have fun exercises during long meetings that breaks the moods they are in a lets them have some fun together.  Not as in physical exercise, just mental.  Get creative.  Have them work in teams instead of solo.

  4. have one on one meetings with each employee and put them in a headlock

  5. that's easy. create a team of 3 or more. and let them know this month commission will be team based so all of it would be equally divided. this way they have no choice but to work togather. meanwhile you could make them work together in other aspects other than sales.

    try it. good luck
