ask workers what they think- they probably know what is wrong, they are afraid to speak up. Make a suggestion box tell everyone to secretly write and idea for better sales. Do not make them put their names on the suggestion.

Make sure your place is clean. Food is fresh. and price is good. Sometimes giving free side dish coupons will bring people in, once they comein and like it they will come again and bring more people too.
