1. Product - is what you're selling needed by anyone?  Is your product different from competition?  Does your product have added value over the competition?  Is your product ethical?

2. Sales method - what are you doing to sell it?  Are you appealling to your target audience instead of blindly sending spam emails, for example? Are you demonstrating the value added features of your product and providing a compelling reason that people should buy it?
