yesterday I kinda drop my phone on the concrete and hit the phone face up (hit the battery and the annteena box on the samsung juke) but about 8:45 pm that day when I was listening to some music the music froze at the halfway of the song then when I try to turn the phone off, it wouldn't turn off for 10 minutes then the verizon wireless screen comes up (it shows when you normally turn off your phone) then up top it began to say....."Error...xl23...." something something then it kept blinking the error and vibrate the phone forever then I took out the batteries then I put them back on then when I try to turn it on, the verizon wireless screen popped but it began blinking the screen and not vibrate the phone, and it happened since.....but if theres not solutions for my problem,.....how much is replacement for samsung juke,......I think they have a service called Asurion or something.....i don't know Can anyone help me?
