My samsung yp-z5 mp3 dosent charge! please help

ok so i had it for 1yr and like 4months maybe less..it stoped working like 6months ago and i tryed everything to try to make it work so i jus left it off for suchh a while and ignored it...now i want it to work THE PROBLEM IS when i charge it it says its fully charged after 10min den i take the usb out and it starts going all the way to the lowest battery life..and after 5min turns off cuz it dosent charge normally...i deleted all of my songs and reset it multiple times and i dont know wat else to do help??oh and its the 1GB version black....

  1. Try Restarting it. Look online and ask how you can restart you mp3 player. If it has batteries that you can take out then take the batteries out and put it back in. It will restart you MP3. Once you've restarted you MP3 then turn it on and check if it works. If it still doesn't work. Then try to remember where you bought it and check if it has WARRANTY on you Mp3. If you do then go back to the store or website that you got it from and complain that your MP3 doesn't work anymore and they will give you a brand new Mp3.

  2. Do you have a regular wall charger, because Mp3 players are sensitive to usb when they charge. Yo see, mp3 such as the ipod suffer from the same problem, their batteries chargers are preset to recharge before the battery meter runs out, if it does your usb is not going to recognize the battery, therefore is not going to charge, so i highly recommend having a usb wall charger for your mp3 player.
