My sandfish skink is eating less than usual what do i do?

the past week shes ate only one cricket im really worried ive tried to get her to eat some crickets but shes had no interest. She used to stuff her face and nows shes just stopped. im wondering if shes sick? shes also been having little tiny sneezes. about 2 per day (that i know of)

I would say that she might be sick but you never really know till you go to a vet.  It's possible she is close to shed and the sneezing might be caused by something else and just happened to show up at the time of her shed.

The sneezes could be clearing sand/salt from the nose. Did it just start (sneezing) or has it been happening before the eating dropped off? I would take her to the vet to make sure it's not an infection. Once she is giving a clean bill of health you can move on to other reasons she might not be eating.

she may have an upper respiratory infection.

You may need to take her out of the display enclosure to feed here b/c of the sand.
