My sansa e250 mp3 player has died and won't turn back on. I have only had it for about a week. what do i do?

my sansa e250 mp3 player's battery died, and it won't turn back on. I have only had it for a week. What do i do? do i need a wall charger? Help!!!

  1. There's a USB that came with it. That's what you use to charge it. Simple connect it to the computer. If nothing happens... it probably died.

    It wouldn't hurt to get a wall charger for it. If it doesn't work you can always return it.

    If you bought the mp3 player from a store, you may try to return it.

    Another case may be the battery. I'm not sure if you bought it new or used but this is something to consider. Try removing the battery by unscrewing the back and then place it back in. Does it turn on? If it does not work try replacing the battery with a new one.
