  1. it depends on how long you've had it. my iguana took to the next day to start eating. also make sure it enclosure or house is warm enough for it because the same iguana got sick due to cold temp. sadly he died after me only having him after 3 months. i did my best on him and take good care of yours.

  2. Temperature and humidity are critical...just be really sure yours are correct.  Use digital probe thermometers to measure basking temps.  Try a variety of foods.  Has a vet checked him for intestinal parasites yet?  This is very important is reptiles.  Here are some diet ideas, but if he goes a week or so I wouldn't worry.  Give him time to adjust.

  3. if you just got him then he will need to adjust to his new home like you said but maybe you aren't feeding him what he wants to eat.  when he gets hungry enough he will eat, just keep trying to feed him everyday and hope he eats it but they can go months with out eating and they are fine just keep a close eye on him and if he still doesn't eat take him to the vet or a pet store.
