My saw wont run only buzz

Question

i am mechanical--- i took the motor apart cleaned it --- it got hot today and triped a breaker at a cusomers house ran ok for a few minutes longer then it stopped the motor hums blade dosent move i think the circut board that would probably have to do with the soft start is bad i checked power going into the board looks like 120 on my not so accurat volt checker after the circut board it lights but not full brightness????/
