My school is different. Is anyone else's too???

Question

for one thing, our school year doesn't start till sep. 5th, but we dont get out till june. and its a middle school and we have 6th grade in elementary school, so my school has just 7th and 8th grade in it. and also, we dont have detention. we get iss-in school suspension, or ***-after school suspension if your really bad. and finally, we dont get letter grades. for example, on a test, we might get say an 80. but on our report cards, it doesnt say you got maybe-c+ i math it says you got say, a 90 or whatever. every grade we get, for a test, or even our final grades for the class are numbers not letters.

does anyone else get this stuff??? im just curious.

no, personally, my school doesnt have that, but we're a middle school. what you have is a junior high. and yes, we have iss's, but instead of a ss's, we have oss, out of school suspension. and as the grades go, thats perfectly normal, we get that, like an a+ is a 98, 99, and 100. so lets say you get a 99 in math, on your report card, it would have an a+ next to math, but at the top, it would say what an a+ stands for. so no, your school is normal, according to me anyways :p

That's not weird, or different. It's a junior high if its only 7th and 8th grade.
