I noticed some discomfort in the evening after hitting golf balls the other day in my groin. I looked down and noticed my s*****m was half bruised looking. 4 days later it still feel uncomfortable. Could this have been from golfing? How long does it take for the bruising and discomfort to go away? There doesn't seem to be swelling, just aching discomfort and blue color and when i am up doing things it starts feeling worse.

  1. You may have gotten a hernia- have your doctor check it out for you, unless you know where to put your fingers and "cough." If you literally hit the golf balls in your groin as you say, then that definitely would be cause for bruising.

I had a hernia operation and after the operation my s*****m was bruised or dark on the under side and the docter even asked if it was, just out of the blue. I think more than anything it is internal bleeding- just a small amount.

Online I see that most incidences of swelling or bruising is said to accompany the surgery of a hernia rather than the hernia itself, so perhaps your s*****m received trauma but not a hernia. Only way to know for sure is to have it checked for.

  2. You need to widen your stance a bit. Are you slicing the ball?

  3. You will not be able to have children if you keep postponing the date to get it cheked out.
