My second chin needs to go away?

i need to know is there some type of exercise that i can do to get rid of my second chin

  1. Chew sugarless gum like crazy.

    Pout your lips, hold your chin up... hold for 10 seconds than release.

    Also just remember to keep your head up... good posture. This will help in the long-ron.

    Worked like a charm for me ^_^

Extra chins are caused by excess fat, not lack of muscle tone, so there are no specific anaerobic (muscle building) excersices you can do to get rid of it.  The only way to get rid of it is by losing weight through diet and general excercise, mainly aerobic exercises like running, jogging, swimming, etc.  You know, things that get your heart going.

    Anaerobic exercises like weight lifting will burn calories too, but not as much.  Of course it couldn't hurt to do all sorts of exercises, because if you're worried about your double chin you're obviously not satisfied with your appearance and getting an exercise routine going will increase your energy, make you healthier, improves your body, and your self esteem.

  4. Your second chin will go away when you live a healthier lifestyle. All that says is you are not at the ideal weight and need to change your diet and increase your cardio, and lose some weight.
