My second trafic ticket exacly 12 months after the 1st one! can i still go to traffic school ?

Hi, i live in FLORIDA, they gave me another speeding ticket today for $185.00. as you all know is so painful when you get one of those. especially when you know or at least (think) you were not going that fast. Im a safe driver. But concidentially last year same month i was given exacly the same ticket.!

So.. my question is...

they say : doing a drving course points shal not be assesed PROVIDED YOU HAVE NOT MADE A PRIOR ELECTION TO ATEND WITHIN 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THIS ELECTION.

the other ticket was on the 29 of june 2007, this one was today on june 12 2008 .what are my chances for they letting me take the course again!

1. June 29 to June 12, is not exactly one year. It's less than one year. So, you're already not applicable.

2. The fact that you got the exact same ticket, won't help your case either. All it shows, is that you took the course, and proceeded to continue doing wrong, what you did in the first place.
