  1. Get the hint...... Alcohol is messing up your life... quit the stuff !

  2. There are so many variables here it makes it hard to give a responsible answer. How underage are you and you make no mention of parents so I've only assumptions to go by.

First of all you say possession as opposed to underage drinking. You weren't drinking at the time you were charged? Were you arrested and charged or given an appearance ticket charging you?

You've left so little to take into account I've only assumptions to judge by. I hafta assume if your parents, assuming you have parents, were never notified, your at least sixteen or over eighteen depending on the state. Another assumption is that you were driving and stopped with an unopened container of an alcoholic beverage. Why else would you be stopped if not underage drinking and you never mentioned a bar or store being charged with sale of an alcoholic beverage to a minor so it obviously niether of those the case. A school locker perhaps but that I would assume would involve parents so not a likely scenerio.

Aside from everything else, I don't think this is a very serious charge. I think they did away with the death sentence for this charge years ago and I'm not aware  of anyone doing serious prison time for this charge lately either. Not to serious anyway, What could it be, 2- maybe 3 years tops? Hey,.. if your feel'n  matue enough to drink doing a few years shouldn't shake you too much, eh? If your really young and they send you to prision don't ever use the shower, in fact never wash period. After a week or so the smell of you may save your ***.

yeah, I'm kidding but than you could be kidding too. But,.. If your serious get yourself a decent shrink, states expense if neccesary, he'll give you a decent excuse..- worse case, a slap on the *** conditionary probation for a while.

Good luck and remember three times and your out.

  3. Learn from the two previous events and get your head out of your ars.

  4. deal with it.

  5. Well, it's obvious you have a problem -- of getting caught. You are plainly too stupid to drink.

  6. Sounds like you need to go to AA.

  7. Stop drinking bloody alcohol, are you stupid or what ?

  8. .  Don't even worry at all.  The jails are full.  Tell the judge that you understand what you did was wrong and that you are sorry.  (the judge drank when she was underage).   Hold your head up and be respectful. You will get no punishment except community service. Show up for that so this doesn't follow you later in your life.
