My section needs to come up with a skit for band camp?

The front ensemble (pit) has to put together some kind of a short skit for band camp, and we're out of ideas. Help!

stuff you need;

1 roll of toilet paper

1 toy water pistol

scene; whole section is lined up at attention in one rank, waiting for the section leader.

--section leader storms in from off stage, (mad as heck) gets in the face of the first section member & shouts (in their best drum major type voice) "do you have the most important papers? we cannot function without these papers! where are they?"

member; "i don't have them---i don't know where they are!"

(section leader shoots member in the head)

repeat the dialogue with each member, shooting each in the head when they say they don't have the papers until you get to the last member (use a rookie if you have one)

last member standing says absolutely nothing, simply hands you the roll of toilet paper & you run off toward the bathroom with the roll in hand. (the rookie may then faint)

note; it is critical to keep the roll of TP out of sight some how (hidden behind their back, in a backpack,...)

Get some large rocks, 2 per person.  Hold them up to your ears and when the director asks all of you what you're doing, yell back and say:  WE'RE LISTENING TO ROCK MUSIC.
