I have a 1996 Panasonic CT-27G31U, chassis AEDP272
My set would shut off then restart by itself after a few minutes. After doing this a few times it quit altogether. The low voltage regulator and horizontal transistors were replace and it ran fine for over a year. Then it started going off and on again and then quit altogether. The capacitors and transistors were replaced and it ran for a few weeks and started the same routine. The third time the caps and transistors as well as the fly back were replaced. Again it lasted about a week and repeated the process. Now it is going on and off sometimes after 10 or 15 minutes or it may run for a few weeks. So far it has not quit altogether. The technician is uncertain what to do next. Has anyone experienced this or anyone have any suggestions as to what to try next?
