Just talk to your child and explain that those shapes are bathroom shapes and just like ou don't say bathroom words outside the bathroom, you shouldn't make innapropriate shapes. Just a guess my parents always explained to us about "bathroom words"

It sounds like both your children are confused, from your other questions i think you should talk to them, before they get even more.

Don't worry what the teacher thinks - worry more about your kid and ask them and see what you can change in their life so they aren't exposed to those ideas.

Explain to his teacher that you try to control the media he is exposed to but he must have seen something without your knowledge. Tell the teacher, you will talk to him about what is appropriate in public. Also, you need to be more vigilant about the TV you are watching, the language used in your home and his companions.
