Because I picked too many fights in the 8th grade the Williamsville Central School District placed me at Gateway-Longview against my wishes. I was crying when I found out that had I refused to refuse to attend Gateway the school district there could sue my parents. If I did refuse why would my parents be penalized for me not wanting to go to that craphole school? If they're bent on punishing me for my defiance they should penalize me and not my parents.

  1. You still haven't read those rights?

  2. You are your parents responsibility until you are 18.   You need to get your act together if not for yourself then for your parents.  I don't know the whole story here, but until you are 18 it is your parents responsibility to get you to school(which you by s******g around have ultimately chosen for yourself)

If I were you I would work extra hard, get your act together so hopefully by next year you can get back to your home school and finish out high school with your friends!
