  1. stretch, ice it, use icyhot, and if it keeps hurting, I would see a doctor, because if it's something serious, the more you use it the worse you can make it.

  2. you need to exercise thiose musclesmore then th rest iof the body , good stretching alwasy help

  3. Put an ice pack on it or if that doesnt work have someone mussage it for you!

  4. make sure your stretching out your arm well before you practice.

  5. Stretching before the game is crucial, and also try the drill of hitting the ball over hand at the wall.  Aim for a spot just in front of the wall on the floor and the ball should bounce back to a level where can repeat the process with out stopping.  If you  start close to the wall to warm up and gradually move away, it should give your arm and shoulder a good slow warmup.  Also have your coach watch you to see if there is any technical errors with your mechanics.  Other than that try the icy-hot and if the problem continues you should probably check with your doctor.

  6. asprin and heat pad!!

  7. See an orthopedist, or a doctor that specializes in sports injuries. You may have a rotator cuff problem.

  8. ask the coach about your technique.   Soak and ice it alternating.  Also use icy hot cream at night.  It helps a lot.

  9. Get some of those icy hot back patch thingys and put it on your shoulder.
