i dislocated my shoulder for the first time 1 and a half years ago.ever since it has dislocated frequentlyit hadnt for like 3 months now, except for tonitei have been doin weights including shoulder press (alot of weight) to try and build it up but no such luck.it happens when i throw my are forward up or down and push it across really fast. what part of my shoulder should i build up?? my rear deltoids?? cause i know shoulder press only does side and front deltoid and this has not helped at all. any suggestions will do as i am only 18
