My shoulder is stuffed!!?

i dislocated my shoulder for the first time 1 and a half years ago.

ever since it has dislocated frequently

it hadnt for like 3 months now, except for tonite

i have been doin weights including shoulder press (alot of weight) to try and build it up but no such luck.

it happens when i throw my are forward up or down and push it across really fast. what part of my shoulder should i build up?? my rear deltoids?? cause i know shoulder press only does side and front deltoid and this has not helped at all. any suggestions will do as i am only 18

  3. You have unstable shoulders as a result of a traumatic experiance. What you are experiancing are either subluxions (partial dislocations) or full dislocations. Go to a pysio and they will diognose you properly - it can be fixed by doing exercises to tighten the muscles that hold your shoulder in place or surgury is very effective.

  4. Lower the weight on your shoulder press you are most likely doing damage really focus on getting a full range of motion throughout your shoulder press and keeping good form. Also do reverse flyes and slowly build the strength up again focusing on good form. This will work your rear deltoids and slowly strengthen them. Remember not to train your shoulders more than twice per week.

    If it keeps happening then go see a GP or physio you may have to get a shoulder reconstruction.
