My shoulder is throbbing, do you know anything that can help?

My shoulder has been hurting all day because i slept on it wrong,

do you have any tips on helping the pain turn down a notch, like for example putting a hot towel on it or whatever.

  1. get couple of tylanols, then jump in a warm bath and if you have olive oil, get somebody to massage with that on the shoulder and put the warm towels on and go to sleep...and keep the shoulder warm for couple of days...i mean if you sweat don&#039;t sit in front of the fan or AC


  2. If you did sleep on it wrong, then the nerves have been compressed and it will take a while for them to repair and get back to normal. Try some ice to take any internal swelling down and aspirin/Ibuprofen (as long as you aren&#039;t allergic), if you are then tylenol.

    Try putting it in a sling too. This will remove the pull of gravity on your shoulder from the weight of your arm.
