  1. Try the strapping tape.  If I were you, unless you are getting paid, give it up. My ankle was dislocated during a rugby game, and now I have post traumatic osteo-arthritis.  I played for 20 years, and wish I didn't play that last game. It aches everyday. the surgeon said he could fuse the joint to stop the pain. maybe not,My team won the grandfinal and everything, had to watch it on the sidelines. The bus trip home was fun though.

  2. keep on pushing it back when it pops out and get back into the pitch and continue playing the game.rugby is fun

  3. It depends on how old the injury is.  You need to build up the area with exercise, and if it isn't too late work to get the ligaments back in shape. Glucosomine works very well for some people .

Stretch, exercise, and load up on vitamins and glucosomine (some recomend chondroiten as well).  It won't get better if you ignore it.

  4. Physio ! afterwards, swimming and wights to build up the rotator cuff muscle. Will pop again, hopefully not as bad as Benji Marshall (aka West Tigers RL).

  5. try to work on your rotator cuff muscles by using light weights.

  6. strictly..no!once it out..it'll out again. only surgery. homeo..physio..excersize just to prevent worsening. take a rest from playing..but if u r thinking of going pro..think about surgery.

  7. my ex boss has that exactly like yours from playing rugby. His shoulder keep dislocating for the rest of his life and to put it back seemed quite painful.

  8. find a physeo

    or try homopathy treatment

    i had a physeo

  9. Swimming and especially band exercises for resistance.  The bands allow for complete rotation and strengthening through every movement.  theyve worked great in my rehab of a separated shoulder... i was playing again 6 weeks post injury.  you can get bands with different levels of resistance.  I would look into physical therapy.  I happen to work in a rehab clinic as a speech therapist so I got free therapy- but it worked wonders.
