how can i make them feel better by monday

  1. mine were two if you sleep with ice on them it goes away in a couple of days.  :)


  2. Give it time.  Soreness is good, it means you've worked the muscle hard enough to where it will repair itself stronger.  You can take some advil, asprin, or alieve but it won't cut the pain altogether.  

  3. drink plenty of water to flush out the lactic acid build up advil or aleve for pain and fill up a tube sock with regular white rice tie the end and put in th microwave for a minute or so till warm put on your neck will feel better

  4. Put tiger balm on it or icy hot helps alot!
